How do you always have guild chat open if your not in the guild yet? And if you play in the morning and night when do you sleep?

I mean..when i am in a guild i have always the channel open...
and i am bad at sleeping..i cant sleep more than 7 hours, always sleep like 5-6 hours..so if go to sleep 3:00 am i will wake up like 8:00-9:00 am
